Maria Greco

Lawyer with a Law degree from Candido Mendes University – UCAM and a postgraduate degree in Sports Law from the same University.

In Sports Law, Maria works on the resolution of disputes involving contractual, labor, disciplinary and athlete transfer issues before the CBF, FIFA and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (TAS), as well as advising various actors in the sports market such as athletes, coaches, agents, investors, clubs, federations and confederations on contractual and regulatory issues.

In Entertainment Law, Maria advises actors, models, stylists, artists, photographers and art galleries.

Maria has broad experience in Contract Law, advising companies in the negotiation, drafting and review of contracts of varying complexity and in the resolution of contractual disputes.

Maria also has extensive experience in Litigation, representing national and international clients in litigation throughout the country in cases related to Civil, Procedural and Consumer Law.
