Pedro Bettim is an attorney graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) in 2024 and a Master’s student in Procedural Law at the Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). He works in the areas of Sports Law, Civil Litigation, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution.
He has experience in arbitration procedures before the Câmara Nacional de Resolução de Disputas (CNRD), the Centro Brasileiro de Mediação e Arbitragem (CBMA) and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), as well as acting in judicial proceedings before various courts of law.
Is a member of the Procedural Law Study Group of PUC-Rio (GEP) since 2022, having participated in three Editions of the Brazilian Procedural Law Competition organized by the IBDP, and i salso a member of the Sports Law Study Group of PUC-Rio (GEDD) since 2023.
